The general terms and conditions will apply to sales of products and services by S.C. LIVINGTECH S.R.L. to Buyers, through the site and direct contacts.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS:
Advertising site / production – livingtech.ro domain
User – is considered any natural or legal person who accesses the content of the site www.livingtech.ro
Buyer / Customer – the natural or legal person who buys products or services, placing an Order.

Products – any good or service from the activity profile of the company, mentioned in the Order, which are to be provided by the Seller, to the Buyer.
Order – a document sent in electronic or telephone form, which represents the form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Seller agrees to deliver the products or services and the Buyer agrees to receive these Products or services by paying them.
Contract – Order confirmed by the Seller.
Intellectual property rights – all intangible rights such as: copyright, database rights, know-how, model rights, design rights, trademarks, domain name registrations for the above.
Review – a written evaluation by the Buyer or user.
Evaluation – the way in which a buyer expresses his degree of satisfaction with a product.
Contents – section for product pages where you can study the contents of the products.
II. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
By launching an order in electronic or telephone format, the buyer agrees with the communication method (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out the operations. If the Buyer validates the order, then sends it, it means that he has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Order, as well as to the Privacy Policy.
Confirmation of the order by the Seller is considered completed when there is a verbal or written confirmation between the Seller and the Buyer.
III. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Seller has the obligation to deliver the Products according to the requirements and specifications of the Buyer;
The information presented on the Seller’s website is informative, and may be modified by the Seller when he considers that the situation requires it.
The seller has the freedom to manage the information received on the site without having to bring justifications for this.
S.C. LIVINGTECH S.R.L. does not store or request information regarding the Client’s bank cards, payment for products and services being made by payment order or cash.
IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The buyer undertakes to carefully analyze the description and characteristics of the products or services. If the description of a product is not sufficient, the buyer has the obligation to contact the Seller to clarify any ambiguities by requesting additional information before completing the order. An order sent for a product implies that you want to buy the ordered products.
In order to prepare the invoice, the Buyer is obliged to provide correct and valid information, necessary information and for the delivery of the order in good conditions.
The buyer has the obligation to pay the price of the products ordered with payment order or cash.
V. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE VISITOR
